How it works

Symbol Media is not a conventional 9-5 agency, and does not employ staff on a full time basis. Symbol Media provides consultancy, and digital communication solutions on either a retained, or project-by-project basis.

This is a unique business model, providing a cost effective, specialist commercial offering, that is tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

As a small, modern concern, Symbol Media is able to provide all of the solutions and level of service offered by the more traditional, larger agencies, but with the strong advantages of our flexibility, extensive resource of digital specialists & consultants, without all of the archaic business practises and politics of many of the other digital service provision agencies.

Symbol Media was born out of 9 years of digital sector experience, with the Managing Director having worked both agency and client side, at a time that the culture of the industry was changing, primarily with the advancement of technology, and the option to harness the ability for more effective time management.

Also, many of the lessons learned, and practises used by agencies that Symbol has been involved with, have provided a solid foundation on which to develop an extremely ‘lean’ and efficient business model, with a constant emphasis on consistent improvement.
